You have 14 days, starting the day after receipt, to tell us you wish to withdraw. You may inspect your bag as described in our return policy.
- Get in touch. Email return@sncvintage.com with your order number.
- Send it back. Send your return within 14 days of notifying us. Our optional PostNord return label costs SEK 90 for transport; you may also arrange your own return shipping. No approval is needed to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Your refund. We refund to your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the bag or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
