Delivery & returns
A little time to make sure it feels right.
You have 14 days, starting the day after receipt, to tell us you wish to withdraw. You may inspect your bag as described in our return policy.
- Get in touch. Email return@sncvintage.com with the subject “Return request” and include your order number.
- Return shipping. We will arrange your return shipping and send you the return instructions. A return shipping fee of SEK 90 applies.
- Your refund. We refund to your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the bag or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Exterior:
The Monogram canvas and natural leather are in superb condition with minimal signs of use. Both materials remain beautifully preserved and present exceptionally well. Please note that there is a small stain on the underside of the bag.
Interior:
The interior is clean, well maintained, and in excellent condition with minimal signs of use and no noticeable odor.
Corners:
The corners remain beautifully preserved with minimal signs of use and are in excellent overall condition.
Hardware:
The hardware is in excellent overall condition with only minor surface marks consistent with careful handling.

Barely used. Only very minimal signs of wear, for example, slight rubbing on corners or handles.

Used but well cared for. Minor marks or light wear may be present, but nothing that affects function.
GOOD
Clearly used. Visible signs of wear such as scratches, worn leather or discoloration. Overall condition is still good and the bag is fully usable.
