Delivery & returns
A little time to make sure it feels right.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Your item must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Get in touch. Email return@sncvintage.com with your order number.
- Send it back. Once approved, we send you a return label and instructions. A 90 SEK fee is deducted from your refund for return shipping and handling.
- Your refund. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

LIKE NEW
May come with original packaging (dustbag/box). The bag appears unused with no visible signs of wear.
EXCELLENT
Barely used. Only very minimal signs of wear, for example, slight rubbing on corners or handles.
VERY GOOD
Used but well cared for. Minor marks or light wear may be present, but nothing that affects function.
GOOD
Clearly used. Visible signs of wear such as scratches, worn leather or discoloration. Overall condition is still good and the bag is fully usable.
We will also note if the bag contains a smell.
Your bag will be shipped within 48 hours. It typically takes 2-5 business days for the bag to arrive at your location.
